Noel Avocato

Noel Avocato is a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of Amos Global Energy, LLC.

He retired from Chevron in December of 2016 after a 39-year career across multiple disciplines, domestic US, and international locations.  At the time of his retirement, Noel was Sr. Supply Chain Management Advisor, a position he took after repatriating from Nigeria, where he held the positions of GM of SCM and Logistics, as well as GM of Special Projects for the Nigeria Mid-Africa Business Unit.  

In 2010, he was the SCM and Logistics manager for Chevron’s Gulf of Mexico operations based in Louisiana.  During 2003, Noel became the General Manager for Drilling across all Chevron land, offshore, and deep-water operations in Venezuela, Trinidad, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina, and his responsibility increased to include Supply Chain and Logistics in 2005. Noel joined Chevron as a drilling engineer in 1978.  

Noel holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Professional Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
